Training scheme

By now everyone should get knowing of all the players.New player,very glad you join the team so as i said earlier,i dont mind how you play i just mind how you play with team.So far so good,everyone preform well.Hope everything smooth on going.

Training scheme will change a little from now on.New player will be training with me on each training untill i say qualified to be train with other.Other player will be training on improvement skill rather than basic but this dont mean we stop all the fittness training.Basic all lack on old player so watch out.

Fitness will be on after that we seperate on 2 half.New player and old player.

New players,ball handling must be good.Both hand dribble must be smooth.Shooting must be in accurate posture other wise push up as i required u to do.Lay up both side should be in good shape.Untill then no one is qualified to play in friendly.

Old players,I dont stress on your basic so watch yourself.Some of you already play B.ball for years so should know your own weakness and which to improve.Training be on 'On Court Communication Skill' and 'Positioning'.
