Monthly training progress Jan 2010

This month we gather more players so our teaming is forming pretty well.On the training side,I don't have to say you should know all of you are not in a very good shape as more beginner are in the team.

So far till yesterday last day of January I saw good improvement from the junior.Can dribble, dare to steal and guard even try to block.Just that the guarding part is not so handy so more training is needed.Overall the junior is doing fine just need more playing on court.Everyone is able to stand the pain till the end.

The training session I want to change a little.About 30 to 45 minutes of fitness and basic train should be enough.The rest will be game play.I want everyone of you to get use to it to play on court.
